e-Zhetysu — public services
Public service automation: kindergarten waiting lists, applications and available place management.
From the laboratory archiveContext and challenge
e-Zhetysu automated access to public services, including electronic kindergarten queues. The project connected citizen actions with staff handling of applications.
Scope of work
The interfaces covered application submission and processing, available-place listings and kindergarten directories. Service recipients and staff had separate workflows.
Architecture and technology
The solution was structured as a role-based web system with forms, application data and administrative interfaces. The available archive does not preserve the exact programming language or server stack.
Practical outcome
The service brought applications and queue operations into one digital process. Published screens confirm the feature set; the portfolio makes no quantitative usage claims.
