MEGA Navigator
Interactive wayfinding for MEGA Almaty.
From the laboratory archiveContext and challenge
MEGA Navigator was created for information kiosks at MEGA Almaty and MEGA Astana shopping centres. Visitors needed a clear way to navigate a large space.
Scope of work
The project included concept work, interface architecture, design, programming, installation, support, instructions and operating documentation.
Architecture and technology
The interface was designed for 46-inch touchscreen kiosks used inside the shopping centres. The archive does not identify the exact historical software stack.
Practical outcome
The navigator gave visitors a dedicated interactive point for search and wayfinding. The archive confirms the interface and documentation but contains no verified usage metrics.
